Project Overview
The Kingston Centre in Milton Keynes is a premier shopping destination, home to top high street brands, cafes, and restaurants. To enhance the safety and sustainability of its covered walkway, British Land required an upgrade to its external lighting system. UK Facilities Solutions (UKFSL) was engaged to remove outdated lighting, rewire fittings, and install new LED lighting, ensuring improved visibility and energy efficiency.
Our Approach
Removal & Rewiring: We safely removed the old lighting fixtures and rewired the fittings to accommodate modern LED technology.
Refitting & Installation: Our team installed new globes and adapted the wiring within the light fittings to support the LED upgrade.
Energy-Efficient LED Integration: The lighting system was fully converted to LED, reducing energy consumption and enhancing illumination.
