UK Facilities Solutions Ltd are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the new fencing contracts for the Lewes District Council and Eastbourne Borough Council social housing portfolios, commencing 1st April 2026.

When a major water supply issue hit Tunbridge Wells, UK Facilities Solutions provided rapid emergency support to Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre, sourcing potable water, temporary facilities, and on-site coordination to keep operations running safely until South East Water were able to resolved the issue. UKFSL delivers fast, reliable reactive maintenance and contingency support for commercial sites across the UK.

We delivered an external LED lighting upgrade at the Kingston Centre, replacing outdated fixtures with energy-efficient systems.

The project enhanced safety, improved visibility, and reduced long-term energy and maintenance costs, all completed with minimal disruption.

This upgrade will be key in securing new EPC targets by significantly improving the site’s energy performance rating and helping British Land meet upcoming compliance standards.
